If there is nasal obstruction, selva nasal drops 3 times a day can be used. If there is chest infection, then it will be treated by antibiotic such as Augmentin 1 gm twice a day for a week. 

Diagnosis:
Physical examination by the doctor. Complete blood count to  check for anemia or infection. Chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia, PCR to rule out covid-19, echo to rule out any heart problem and CT scan of the chest if required
